Having the right ankle brace can help you get back faster
If your ankle is still sore or if you want to get back to your normal routine before your ankle is completely rehabilitated, you will need some support to prevent additional damage and to minimze the amount of soreness/pain you experience.
Everybody talks about the aircast as being the best brace there is for a sprained ankle. Somewhere I even read that the aircast "gently pumps blood out of the ankle joint reducing the amount of time it takes to rehab by reducing the swelling" or something like that. It sure sounds good, I hope that it works like they said. But I don't believe it.
I don't know about anybody else, but the aircast never worked for me. I seemed to have more pain in the front to back direction because the brace prevented any side to side movement. In fact, it seemed that my ankle hurt worse than it did without the aircast.
The one thing that I can say and it is undeniable is that the aircast caused me to have blisters on either side of my ankle where my shoe pushed the aircast against my leg.
I never really got the support that I needed from the aircast. In addition, the limitation of movement also extended my rehab time. I finally ditched the aircast after the 3rd one that I received from the emergency room and I found the McDavid lace up brace.
The lace up braces supported my whole ankle and I could effectively compress my ankle giving me the support and confidence I needed to play in NCAA Division I basketball games with an ankle that was sprained only days earlier.
Some athletes say the lace up braces restrict their movement and slow them down, but a large number of my teammates at Memphis State opted for the McDavid Lightweight Ankle Brace over the aircast.
So, if you just can't wait to get back in the game or back to your normal routine and you're willing to put up with a little discomfort, you need to buy a pair of lace up ankle braces.
They will surround your ankle and support it until you finish rehab and you can put them away until next time.
If you aren't using my Accelerated Ankle Rehab program, you may be wearing your new lace up ankle braces a lot longer than you would like.
My rehab program has been proven to rehab a sprained ankle in as little as 5 days ( I did it myself in 5 days). For others it has taken up to 7 days. It all depends on how severely you sprained your ankle.
In the Accelerated Ankle rehab program, I show you step by step how to reduce swelling in 3 hours or less so you can start the rehab process.
If you want a copy of the program, all you have to do is to visit my website at
www.fastrehab.com
You can get the program immediately by instant download. Once you have the program, I show you what equipment you need and how to use it most effectively so every movement you make moves you closer to total rehabilitation and normal activity.
If the program is not for you, just ask for your money back, its fully guaranteed!

Thanks for purchasing my program.
If the swelling in your ankle does not restrict motion of your ankle, you can start on the strenghtening portion of the program.
I would ice your ankle down before doing the strengthening portion to alleviate some of the soreness.
If you ankle is really tender and there is still some residual swelling, it will not hurt to use the treadmill and icing. Using the treadmill and icing will help remove soreness too and will enable you to start on the strenghtening of your ankle earlier.
I hope this helps. You can contact me at fastrehab@bellsouth.net if you have any further questions.
Good luck in your rehab.
Take care
